How is my data stored?
It depends on your plan. Basic (Free) users store data locally on their device for maximum privacy. Standard & Premium users have their data securely encrypted and synced to the cloud (Google Firebase), allowing access across multiple devices.
Is my bank information safe?
Yes. We are building our integration with Plaid to securely connect to your bank. We never see or store your bank login credentials. We only receive read-only access to your transaction history to help you track expenses. We cannot move your money.
Can I use this on multiple devices?
Yes! If you subscribe to the Standard or Premium plan, your data automatically syncs between your computer, tablet, and phone. Basic users are limited to one device.
How does bank sync work?
With the Premium plan, you will be able to link your bank accounts via Plaid. Once linked, your transactions will automatically appear in Rizqly.app. You can then review and categorize them. This feature is currently in development and coming soon!
Can I still add manual transactions?
Absolutely. Even with bank sync enabled, you can always add cash expenses or other manual transactions using the '+' button.
What are 'Tags' and how do I use them?
Tags are labels (like #vacation or #project) you add to transactions. They allow you to group expenses across different categories. You can filter your dashboard by clicking on any tag.
How do recurring transactions work?
You can mark any transaction as 'Recurring' (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). The app will automatically generate future instances for you. This is great for subscriptions, rent, and salary.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to the Billing page. From there, you can upgrade, downgrade, or manage your payment method. We offer flexible community pricing models.
How do I import/export data?
Go to Settings → General & Data. You can import CSV files from your bank (useful for Basic users) or export a full backup of your data at any time.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Settings → General & Data page. This action is irreversible.
